The Tour Of the Scioto River Valley is a 2-day, 200-mile bicycle tour from Columbus, Ohio, to Portsmouth, Ohio, and back again.

July 12-13, 2008

MS150 Bike Tour starts in Roberts Convention Centre in Wilmington and overnights at the University of Dayton. This is easily one of the more enjoyable cycling events in Cincinnati/Dayton. You can raise money for a good cause while cycling through the Ohio country side with hundreds of your closet friends. This is a great "goal ride", start now to train away those excess winter pounds. The ride has rest spots every 10 miles or so. This is a very real goal to train toward.

RAGBRAI-The Registers Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa is easily the largest and most entertaining bicycle ride in cycling today. 15,000 to 20,000 riders take a week off from school and work to ride the corn filled scenery of back country Iowa. We've participated in this event twice....what a gas! The weather can vary from very hot in both the days and evening to incredibly pleasant through out the week. We got lucky both the weeks we went and had pleasant weather in the low 80's. Count on Rain at least one day.

The Morning Glory Ride is an annual early morning bicycle ride that takes you on a sunrise tour of Cincinnati's beautiful neighborhoods and parks, then caps it off with breakfast by the Ohio River.
